2004 Potomac River Cleanup

The boys participated in the annual statewide Potomac River cleanup on 3 April. We met at 9AM at the end of Wharf Road. It was readily apparent the area was much cleaner than in recent years, we suspect due to Hurricane Isabel.

Also cxaused by Hurricane Isabel, these peers were litterally pulled from the ground by the high water and storm surge. As you can see, they were in the ground about 3 feet.
